When a client makes an inquiry via email, we will respon immediately to help to finsh the deal and finalize all the details of the shoot.
When the customer arrives at our studio or mails the product to us，we will shoot as soon as possible.
When the shoot is complete, we will send a sample to the client. If the client is not happy with the result, we will communicate with them again and reshoot immediately.
The entire workflow doesn't end until the customer is satisfied.
